This is the Nokia 8 with dual-camera Zeiss optics

Over the weekend, it was reported that Nokia 8 will be the first high-end flagship smartphone from the Finnish brand, and will be unveiled on July 31. Now Evan Blass has shared two renders of the Nokia 8 revealing the design from front and back.

The renders show the Nokia 8 in Blue and Silver/Gray color and confirms that it will have a Carl-Zeiss branded dual-camera setup aligned vertically and is aided by laser auto-focus and dual-tone LED flash. There is no doubt, Nokia will be boasting the camera capabilities of Nokia 8, as its main USP.

There's also a physical home button on the front, that's most likely to hide a fingerprint sensor. It also has two capacitive keys for navigation. Design-wise, the Nokia 8 has a unibody metal design with rounded edges.

The Nokia 8 is said to come with 5.3-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 835 Mobile platform, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB storage, microSD card slot and 13MP dual cameras. It will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat and be offered in single SIM and dual-SIM variants.

It is expected to be initially release in Europe and is rumored to cost €550 to €600, possibly €589 ($686 | Rs. 43,500). We will get to know all the details later this month.
